The Firm. The current members of the firm, Mark and Matthew Van Epps joined forces in 1983 when Matthew came into the firm. Previously, Mark Van Epps had practiced with his father, Norman Van Epps. Norman Van Epps started in 1954 with the firm of Dignan, Benson & Van Epps.

The firm moved from the Old Kent Bank building (now Fifth Third Bank in Owosso MI) to a few other locations and is now in a gray house across from the middle school parking lot at 318 N Water Street in Owosso MI. See the directions here.
